Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 lb chicken tenders or fish fillets


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Whisk egg and water in another bowl.
  4. Dip each tender or fillet in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mix.
  5. Place sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for another 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
