Easy air fryer sausage balls made with just three ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes, drained
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix sausage, cheese, and Rotel in a bowl.
- Form into 1-inch balls.
- Place balls in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh sausage for best results.
- Drain Rotel well to avoid soggy balls.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
