Description

A quick and easy air fryer recipe for tender and flavorful teriyaki chicken breast using just five ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp minced garlic


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and minced garlic.
  3. Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat evenly. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Brush with remaining marinade halfway through cooking.
  6. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
