Description
Crispy and sweet acorn squash chips made in an air fryer with a hint of cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 1 medium acorn squash
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice acorn squash thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Toss slices with olive oil, cinnamon, and salt.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use a mandoline for even slices.
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness.
