Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs, melted butter, and honey (if using). Stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and using for sandwiches.

- For a savory version, omit honey and add herbs or garlic powder.
