Description
Crispy and flavorful wings coated in a tangy Argentine chimichurri sauce, made easy with an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh oregano, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While the wings cook, mix olive oil, parsley, oregano, garlic, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Toss the cooked wings in the chimichurri sauce.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry before cooking.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to your preferred spice level.
