Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. While the wings cook, mix olive oil, parsley, oregano, garlic, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  6. Toss the cooked wings in the chimichurri sauce.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry before cooking.
