Description
A crispy grilled cheese sandwich with creamy avocado and melted cheese, made quickly in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 1/2 avocado, mashed
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
- Spread mashed avocado on one slice of bread.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Place the second slice of bread on top.
- Butter the outside of both slices.
- Place in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use any cheese you prefer.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional minute.
