Description
Crispy and delicious avocado bites made in an air fryer. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the avocados into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each avocado piece into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place the coated avocado pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use firm but ripe avocados for best results.
- For extra crispiness, spray the coated avocado pieces lightly with olive oil before air frying.
- Serve immediately to prevent sogginess.
