Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toast bread slices in the air fryer for 3 minutes until crisp.
  3. Mash avocado and spread evenly on toasted bread.
  4. Sprinkle feta cheese and cranberries on top.
