Description
A quick and healthy breakfast featuring crispy avocado toast topped with creamy feta and tart cranberries.
Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toast bread slices in the air fryer for 3 minutes until crisp.
- Mash avocado and spread evenly on toasted bread.
- Sprinkle feta cheese and cranberries on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Air fry for another 2 minutes until cheese softens slightly.
- Serve immediately.
