Ingredients
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes if needed.
- Serve warm.
