Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Air fry potatoes for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix in bacon and cheese, then air fry for 3 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
