Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
- Mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Coat the chicken thighs with olive oil, then rub the spice mix evenly on both sides.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, and cook for another 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
