Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Scrub potatoes and pat dry.
- Poke holes in potatoes with a fork.
- Rub potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place potatoes in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check doneness with a fork.
- Serve hot.
