Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, egg, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
