Description

A quick and flavorful chicken bowl with a spicy bang bang sauce, made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. While chicken cooks, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
  5. Toss cooked chicken in the sauce until fully coated.
  6. Serve chicken over rice, topped with cabbage, green onions, and sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
  • Use chicken breast if preferred.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
