Description
A quick and flavorful chicken bowl with a spicy bang bang sauce, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, shaking halfway.
- While chicken cooks, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
- Toss cooked chicken in the sauce until fully coated.
- Serve chicken over rice, topped with cabbage, green onions, and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Use chicken breast if preferred.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
