Description
A quick and easy air fryer Bang Bang Shrimp Bowl with crispy shrimp and creamy sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Dredge shrimp in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko.
- Place shrimp in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice for the sauce.
- Toss cooked shrimp in half the sauce.
- Assemble bowls with rice, cabbage, cucumber, and shrimp.
- Drizzle remaining sauce and garnish with cilantro.
Notes
- Use fresh or thawed shrimp for best results.
- Adjust sriracha for desired spice level.
- Serve immediately for maximum crispiness.
