Description
Crispy shrimp tacos with spicy bang bang sauce made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 6 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix panko, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss shrimp in the breadcrumb mixture until coated.
- Place shrimp in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make bang bang sauce.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
- Assemble tacos with shrimp, shredded cabbage, and cilantro. Drizzle with sauce.
- Serve with lime wedges.
Notes
- Use large shrimp for best texture.
- Adjust sriracha for desired spice level.
- For extra crunch, toast tortillas lightly.
