Description
Juicy and flavorful BBQ pork chops cooked to perfection in an air fryer. A quick and easy meal with minimal cleanup.
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides of the pork chops.
- Place pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip.
- Brush BBQ sauce on the cooked side.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Rest for 3 minutes before serving.
