Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked pulled pork
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the pulled pork with BBQ sauce and shredded cheese.
- Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll each ball in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
