A delicious lasagna made with air-fried layers of pasta, rich bolognese sauce, and creamy béchamel for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients
- 9 lasagna sheets
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 cups béchamel sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Cook lasagna sheets as per package instructions.
- Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic in a pan.
- Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Layer lasagna sheets, bolognese sauce, and béchamel in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Air fry for 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use no-boil lasagna sheets for quicker prep.
- Substitute ground beef with turkey for a lighter version.
