Description

A quick and easy air fryer beef and broccoli bowl ready in 30 minutes. Perfect for a healthy weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 cup cooked rice


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Toss sliced steak in the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Place steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Add broccoli to the air fryer and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
  7. Pour the slurry into the remaining marinade and heat in a saucepan until thickened.
  8. Serve beef and broccoli over rice, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
