Description
A quick and easy air fryer beef and broccoli bowl ready in 30 minutes. Perfect for a healthy weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 cup cooked rice
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic.
- Toss sliced steak in the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Place steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Add broccoli to the air fryer and cook for another 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
- Pour the slurry into the remaining marinade and heat in a saucepan until thickened.
- Serve beef and broccoli over rice, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle sesame seeds.

- Slice steak thinly for even cooking.
