Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp berbere spice blend
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, berbere spice, and salt.
- Arrange wedges in single layer in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check for crispness. Cook 3-5 minutes more if needed.
