Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 3/4 cup cold milk
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add milk and stir until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flakiness, freeze the butter before cutting it into the dough.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
