Description

Delicious and healthy black bean burgers made in your air fryer. Packed with protein and flavor, these burgers are perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Mash the black beans in a bowl.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Brush the patties with olive oil.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place the patties in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
