Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp black truffle oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Slice potatoes into thin rounds
- Toss slices with truffle oil and seasonings
- Arrange in single layer in air fryer basket
- Cook at 380°F for 15 minutes
- Flip chips halfway through cooking
- Cook 5 more minutes until crispy

- Use mandoline for even slices
- Don’t overcrowd the basket
- Store leftovers in airtight container
