Description
Make these easy air fryer breakfast burrito wraps ahead of time for a quick and healthy breakfast. They’re freezer-friendly and packed with protein.
Ingredients
- 4 large tortillas
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon or sausage
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Pour into the pan.
- Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
- Lay out tortillas and divide the egg mixture evenly.
- Sprinkle cheese and cooked bacon or sausage on top.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly.
- Wrap each burrito in foil or parchment paper.
- Freeze for up to 3 months.
- To cook, air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
Notes
- Use whole wheat tortillas for extra fiber.
- Add hot sauce for extra flavor.
- Thaw frozen burritos overnight for quicker cooking.
