Description

A healthy and delicious air fryer dish combining broccoli, cauliflower, and cottage cheese for a protein-packed meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss broccoli and cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place vegetables in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Remove basket, add cottage cheese and shredded cheddar on top.
  5. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Serve warm.
