Description
A healthy and delicious air fryer dish combining broccoli, cauliflower, and cottage cheese for a protein-packed meal.
Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss broccoli and cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place vegetables in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Remove basket, add cottage cheese and shredded cheddar on top.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen vegetables.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, cook vegetables longer before adding cheese.
