Description

A quick and easy salad slaw with broccoli and cheddar, made crispy in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss broccoli florets with 1 tsp oil and air fry for 5 minutes until slightly crispy.
  3. Let broccoli cool, then chop into small pieces.
  4. Mix broccoli with cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in red onion and sunflower seeds.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
