Description
A quick and easy salad slaw with broccoli and cheddar, made crispy in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss broccoli florets with 1 tsp oil and air fry for 5 minutes until slightly crispy.
- Let broccoli cool, then chop into small pieces.
- Mix broccoli with cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in red onion and sunflower seeds.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Add bacon bits for extra flavor.
- Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter option.
