Description
A quick and healthy side dish made with fresh broccoli and cooked in an air fryer for a crispy texture.
Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and lemon juice.
- Serve immediately.

- Cut broccoli into even-sized florets for uniform cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
