Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 fresh sage leaves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder


Instructions

  1. Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
  2. Season wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 5 minutes.
  4. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 12 minutes.
  6. While wings cook, melt butter in a small pan over medium heat.
  7. Add sage leaves and cook until butter turns golden brown.
  8. Toss cooked wings in the brown butter sage sauce.
  9. Serve immediately.
