Description

A quick and budget-friendly breakfast sandwich made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place one slice butter-side down in the air fryer basket.
  4. Crack the egg onto the bread and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the egg starts to set.
  6. Add the cheese slice on top of the egg.
  7. Place the second bread slice on top, butter-side up.
  8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
  9. Remove, let cool slightly, and serve.

  • Add cooked bacon or ham for extra flavor.
