Description
A quick and budget-friendly breakfast sandwich made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice butter-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Crack the egg onto the bread and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the egg starts to set.
- Add the cheese slice on top of the egg.
- Place the second bread slice on top, butter-side up.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove, let cool slightly, and serve.
Notes
- Use any type of bread you prefer.
- Add cooked bacon or ham for extra flavor.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
