Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil, then coat them evenly with the spice mix.
