Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil, then coat them evenly with the spice mix.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10-12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the chicken lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Adjust spice levels by reducing or increasing Cajun seasoning.
