Description
Crispy tofu nuggets made in an air fryer, a budget-friendly and healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss tofu cubes with cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and mix to coat evenly.
- Arrange tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Press tofu for at least 30 minutes to remove excess water.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use parchment paper for easy cleanup.
