Description

Crispy air-fried biscuit dough stuffed with spicy buffalo chicken and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix chicken, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese and cream cheese in a bowl.
  3. Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each into a 4-inch circle.
  4. Spoon 2 tbsp chicken mixture onto each dough circle. Fold edges over and seal tightly.
  5. Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep
  • Adjust buffalo sauce amount to preferred spice level
  • Seal edges well to prevent filling leakage
