Description
Crispy air-fried biscuit dough stuffed with spicy buffalo chicken and cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix chicken, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese and cream cheese in a bowl.
- Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each into a 4-inch circle.
- Spoon 2 tbsp chicken mixture onto each dough circle. Fold edges over and seal tightly.
- Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep
- Adjust buffalo sauce amount to preferred spice level
- Seal edges well to prevent filling leakage
- Cook in batches if air fryer basket is small
