Crispy and flavorful buffalo meatballs made easily in your air fryer. Perfect for game day or a quick appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken or turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Brush with extra buffalo sauce if desired.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- Use parchment paper for easier cleanup.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
