Description
Crispy air fryer buffalo wings with a tangy lemon pepper twist.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Toss the wings with olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for 5 minutes.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 10 minutes or until crispy.
- Toss the cooked wings with buffalo sauce before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the wings with cooking oil before air frying.
- Adjust the lemon pepper seasoning to taste.
