Description
A crispy, cheesy sandwich with a gooey burrata center, made quickly in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place burrata and mozzarella between bread, buttered sides out.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and oregano on the outside.
- Air fry at 375°F for 6 minutes, flipping halfway.
Notes
- Use fresh burrata for best results.
- Adjust cook time for desired crispiness.
