Description
Crispy and flavorful burritos made easy using an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay out the tortillas and divide the rice, beans, cheese, salsa, bell peppers, and chicken evenly among them.
- Sprinkle with taco seasoning.
- Fold the sides of the tortillas inward and roll tightly to form burritos.
- Brush the burritos lightly with olive oil.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with extra salsa or sour cream if desired.
Notes
- You can customize the fillings with your favorite ingredients.
- For a vegetarian version, skip the chicken and add more beans or vegetables.
- Ensure the burritos are tightly rolled to prevent filling from spilling.
