Description

Crispy and flavorful burritos made easy using an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay out the tortillas and divide the rice, beans, cheese, salsa, bell peppers, and chicken evenly among them.
  3. Sprinkle with taco seasoning.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortillas inward and roll tightly to form burritos.
  5. Brush the burritos lightly with olive oil.
  6. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm with extra salsa or sour cream if desired.
