Description

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Place chicken pieces in a bowl and cover with buttermilk. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat evenly with the flour mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place coated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes if needed.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
