Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Mix Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mix evenly over the chicken.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Toast the burger buns lightly.
- Assemble the sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning for more or less heat.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
