Description
Crispy churros coated in caramel, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix water, sugar, salt, and oil in a pot. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until smooth.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe churros onto parchment paper.
- Air fry at 375°F for 10 minutes.
- Dip cooked churros in warm caramel sauce.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Notes
- Let caramel cool slightly before dipping.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
