Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, cream butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Mix in flour, cardamom, and salt until a dough forms.
  3. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and flatten slightly.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  5. Place shortbread in air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  7. Let cool before serving.
