Description

Crispy homemade chips with a tangy Carolina BBQ vinegar flavor, made easily in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Toss the potato slices in the mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
