Description
Crispy homemade chips with a tangy Carolina BBQ vinegar flavor, made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the potato slices in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Slice potatoes uniformly for even cooking.
