Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss cauliflower sticks with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese (optional) and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook for 2-3 minutes longer.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
