Description
Crispy and flavorful celery root fries made in the air fryer. A healthy alternative to traditional French fries.
Ingredients
- 1 medium celery root (celeriac), peeled and cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss celery root fries with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook for another 2-5 minutes if needed.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Cut fries evenly for even cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
