Description

A tangy and smoky dip made with charred green tomatoes, perfect for pairing with chips or vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium green tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Toss tomato slices with 1 tbsp olive oil.
  3. Air fry tomatoes for 10 minutes until charred.
  4. Let tomatoes cool, then roughly chop.
  5. Mix tomatoes with yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
  7. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
