Description
A tangy and smoky dip made with charred green tomatoes, perfect for pairing with chips or vegetables.
Ingredients
- 4 medium green tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Toss tomato slices with 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Air fry tomatoes for 10 minutes until charred.
- Let tomatoes cool, then roughly chop.
- Mix tomatoes with yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

- Use firm green tomatoes for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
