Description
A quick and easy bread made in the air fryer with cheese, herbs, and garlic.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add cheese, herbs, and garlic. Stir well.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and olive oil.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan that fits in the air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
Notes
- Use any cheese you prefer.
- Fresh herbs work best, but dried herbs can be substituted.
- Check doneness with a toothpick.
