Description

A quick and easy bread made in the air fryer with cheese, herbs, and garlic.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add cheese, herbs, and garlic. Stir well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and olive oil.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
  6. Pour batter into a greased baking pan that fits in the air fryer.
  7. Air fry for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing.

Notes

  • Use any cheese you prefer.
  • Fresh herbs work best, but dried herbs can be substituted.
