Description
A simple and delicious cheeseburger-inspired meatloaf rolled with cheddar cheese, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy exterior and juicy interior.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Flatten the mixture into a rectangle on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the meat.
- Roll the meat tightly into a log using the parchment paper.
- Place the meatloaf roll in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

- Use lean ground beef for best results
