Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked rice sticks
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss broccoli, rice sticks, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve immediately.
