Description
A twist on classic lasagna with spicy buffalo chicken and melted cheese, cooked quickly in your air fryer and finished with a cool ranch drizzle.
Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain.
- Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Combine ricotta, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Layer noodles, ricotta mix, chicken, and mozzarella in air fryer-safe dish.
- Repeat layers until dish is full.
- Air fry at 375°F for 12 minutes.
- Drizzle with ranch before serving.

- Use oven-ready noodles to skip boiling step
- Adjust buffalo sauce amount for preferred spice level
